A Swiss dealer has sent me pictures of his attempt at a sporty-looking Ka for sale - - with roof spoiler and 16" Borbet wheels. (I'm not sure it's much better than kas owned by Blue Fox and the_barker and it's very expensive IMO, but a nice looker IMO
Ford are a bit shy with small model cars and power imo. If this ST ka came out itll be someting like a 1600 with about 120bhp. Probably zetec-s engine.
Will be more like the new sportka. Needs a 1.4 turbo! Would suit the ka real well.
Now if the new fiesta ST comes out, then i think ill be getting one. LIVE LIFE A 1/4 MILE AT A TIME!
Some ka owners on the continent couldn't wait any longer and have started putting badges on the back of their Kas to see if it will make them go faster
So there is a KA rt and a KA 'S' in Germany.
Blue Fox's ka is still my favourite, although this diesel ka from thommy68 seen on a German forum looks rather tasty
I'm fairly sure it's a real ka, but the wheels do look too big AND very wide - it's probably as easy to manouevre as a double decker bus.
There again I've got little 14inch steel wheels on mine, so who am I to be critical
It probably shakes the fillings out of your teeth, but with its rooftip spoiler and side stripe which he has just added, it's sort of how I imagine a SportKa might look if Ford ever make one.
Ford have gone into partnership with Fiat to save money and to make a profit from the Ford Ka so IMO any souped-up 'ST' version will just be a few add-ons (stripe, spoiler, bigger wheels) on a standard Ka.

hmmm. i definatly like the look of the ka st.... and i seem to think it will come in production... after all the fiesta st mk6 didnt come out straight away. they did the tdci zetec s... zetec s and fiesta st. and they didnt come out all in the same year. it took ford about 3/4 years to realse the sprt ka didnt it? i mean i never see any sport ka's under the year 52/53 plates. and yet i can get a normal ka thats about 1999 1998? then you have all the other limited edition cars... such as the cheqoured flaged fiestas and KA'S!!!!!! ford puma racing edition.... thunder edition.... millenium edition.... focus rs... st.. i mean some of you are quick to rite of the fort of a ka st... but tbh from fords history i think we will be seeing a KA ST or a sport model as they havnt got one out yet. and i expect to see a new fiesta st aswel. but you have to think about it in a sense..... if people are still buying the normal sport ka.. or fiesta st etc. then surley ford will wait to release these new cars to keep sales of the older modles up and then bring out the new model to maximise profit.....???? sorry for the lecture LOL
