I put my car in for its MOT today (16/4/10) it passed but i got 2 advisories issued.
They are :

Nsr Shocker Slight Leak - Anyone know what this means and how much its costs to get fixed ?

OSF & NSF Bottom arm brushes splitting - Anyone know what this means and how much its costs to get fixed ?

It means next MOT is going to cost a few quid to get through.

Nothing major to worry about there, normal stuff.

had this problem, the bushes on the wish bones are going, this is a pain in the arse, yet again one of the ford ka's problems the seals or bushes them selves ar cheap but you need to hydrolicly pres them in so its expensive... or you can buy the wishbone with them in already, and get them fitted, worked out cheaper for me, and youll need to replace your rear suspension on what ever side it is gone, but trust me by the ime your next mot will be due, the other springs and dampners will have probably gone to, the only really unreliable thing on a ka, is the major rust problems if you dont clean offten, and its suspension.... i want to sell mine soon

the bills are not thrilling me any more.

oh and prices, rearshock, about 60-90
springs 30-50 mine was 35
wishbones 35-60
labour?? over 300
