MyKa.org is a free service, owned and operated by Park Media. By using this site you agree to the following terms. If, once you have read these terms you do not agree, then do not access this site in future.

We collect data about your visit, which is held on our server and back-up files. Data is limited to IP addresses plus whatever information you decide to share with us if you register with the site. Using a combination of this information makes it possible to work out more about you such as which station or company you work for, or your location. Please bear this in mind if registering under an anonymous username.

We hate spam - and we do not condone it. However, by registering with MyKa.org you are agreeing to us sending you occasional interesting emails which either relate to the general services/updates of the site, or include a paid-for advertising message. Emails from us will usually not exceed 2 per month. This applies even if you choose to receive 'No Regular Emails' from us. We are financed by advertisers so they may make use of our database by sending an advertising message via the site.

The news and information written by MyKa.org is, to the best of our knowledge correct and available for public consumption. Under no circumstances will MyKa.org be liable for any losses or damages caused by the use of this site. Some of our news is via press releases from various agencies. If you know of any of our stories to be incorrect, please contact us. All third party images used by MyKa.org remain copyright to their original author. All images originating from Park Media may not be used elsewhere unless permission is given beforehand and a credit is given when needed.

All stories written and photos uploaded to MyKa.org are copyright Park Media. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use MyKa.org content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any MyKa.org content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Use of our syndicated material can be used in any media-related commercial environment without written permission. Our RSS feed is exempt from the above terms. Copying content from MyKa.org, including from the member forum area, is strickly prohibited.

MyKa.org is provided on an 'as is' basis and is for entertainment purposes only. The website is paid for by advertisers and advertising programmes such as Google Adsense. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms without notice.

Registration / Forum use

We monitor all registrations and if your username/signature is deemed not suitable by us, we may delete your account without notice. Your real name is required at registration. You must not use a name which would give the impression that your are someone other than yourself i.e. a well-known person.

MyKa.org is hosted on a dedicated server in London's Docklands, thanks to Rackspace.

Bad language or threatening behaviour is not acceptable. Messages containing any language likely to offend other readers will be deleted. This also applies to any postings containing offensive statements relating to sexual orientation, race, religion or other factors having no relevance to the subject. We reserve the right to ban users or delete accounts if these conditions are not met. Your registration details are personal to you and must remain so. Making your log in available in a public way may result in your user account being cancelled.

Commercial postings are not permitted on our forums or private messaging systems and will be deleted without notice. This extends to persistant postings about rival websites, clubs, forums or events organised by MyKa members.

Park Media is the trading name of Roy Martin, who has the sole and final decision on any matters relating to membership and registration on this site. If a member makes a comment which is offensive or slanderous, please inform us at the earliest opportunity and we will remove the offending text immediately.
